Help with your order

You can find products you would like to purchase through the top navigation drop-down menu or promotions navigation bars. Alternatively, you can use the Search function to quickly find what you're looking for. Enter all or part of the product name or the product number in the search box.
Once you have chosen the product you wish to add to the shopping cart, simply click the Add to Cart button shown next to each product.
You may see the items youve added in the mini cart, click the View Cart button to modify your cart or the Checkout Now button to proceed to checkout.
The list of items in your cart does not reflect an actual order. They are simply items that have been added to your cart until an order is submitted and an order number is assigned. Prices and availability are subject to change at any time prior to finalizing each order.
To remove an item from your cart, click the Remove button.
If you have a coupon code, please fill in the code column and click the Apply now button.
You may choose a shipping method based on to how quickly you would like to receive your order.
Once you are satisfied with your order, click the Checkout button to proceed to checkout.
When you have added all the items that you want to buy to the shopping cart, click the Checkout button to start the checkout process.
Checkout has five steps:
  1. Login
  2. Address
  3. Payment
  4. Review
  5. Confirmation

Enter all the required information in each step and then click the Continue button.
In order to checkout you need to register with ASUS as a valued member. If you are already registered please sign in, if not please continue to Register Now.
Enter the billing address which your credit or debit card is registered to, and a contact telephone number. If you want to specify a different shipping address, please uncheck the box and enter the precise shipping information. You may save addresses to your address book.
Select the payment method (varies by country, but only full prepayment accepted everywhere) and provide the relevant payment information for your order.
Review the order information you provided and make any adjustments if necessary. Once you are ready to complete your order click the Submit Order button.
After an Order is submitted, the order confirmation page will load, showing your order number. Please make a note of this number or print the order confirmation page for future reference. In addition, an order confirmation E-Mail showing details of your purchase will be sent to the E-Mail address you provided.
To check the status of your current order or to review previous orders, go to the My Account section, and click on Order History.
You need to be logged in to access the My Account section. If you have not yet logged in, enter the E-Mail address and password you used to register to log in.
ASUS Shop does not accept any phone orders.
All pre-selected items remain in the shopping cart throughout your ASUS Shop visit. Shopping cart items are removed either by clearing cookies on your browser or when you close your current internet browsing window.

If you want to keep items for later purchase please make use of the wish list function in the My Account section.
You can check the order status of any purchased product within the Order History function in the My Account section.
Cancellation of an order can only be done immediately after order placement by contacting the customer care centre. This is only possible before the order in question has been prepared for shipping in the warehouse.
In the event of a return in part of in full, please contact the customer care centre prior to returning products. Return policy: products may be returned within 7 working days of receiving them, as long as they are intact, unused and undamaged. The customer care centre will provide you with all needed details regarding the return process including a RMA number if applicable.

ASUS Shop has a 7 day money back guarantee. Products must be returned within 7 days of receiving them, as long as they are intact, unused and undamaged.
Note: products damaged in transit must be brought to the attention of the ASUS Shop customer service centre within 4 working days of receiving them.
For physical products, credited amounts upon return depend on whether the terms and conditions of returning a product have been fulfilled. Your purchase amount will be refunded as soon as the product is registered as returned in our warehouse.  Credits typically appear on customer credit card accounts within 5 - 7 working days.

Shipping and payment

The ASUS Shop accepts payment in advance only using these methods:
  • Visa, MasterCard
  • PayPal
  • Visa, Solo/Maestro debit cards

Please note the maximum amount per order is GBP 1500 including VAT.
We do not accept cheques, postal orders or cash in any currency.
All charges take place after shipping of physical goods or delivery of the E-Mail containing warranty extension registration information. This normally occurs 1-2 days after purchase. The transaction appears as "ASUS Shop/arvato".
Your order is complete when you receive the order confirmation E-Mail. Please keep this E-Mail in case you need to contact customer service.
Security and privacy: your data is encrypted by our server and isnt retained once your order is complete. All orders processed as quickly as possible.
If you have problems completing your purchase, requesting a replacement, downloading a product, or accessing your downloads in the Account section, please contact ASUS Shop support.
Note all products on the ASUS Shop are subject to various value added tax (VAT) rates. The applicable VAT is determined by products purchased and ship-to country. Please refer to the following list showing the respective VAT rates by product type and ship-to country.

ASUS Shop is obliged by law to collect applicable VAT depending on the product category and the final ship-to country. The itemised VAT rate which applies to your order will be visible through the shopping cart before your order is completed. The order confirmation and invoice you will receive by E-Mail outline the respective VAT rates and amounts.

You can track your order using the Order History function in the My Account section or via information provided in the shipping notification E-Mail.

The costs for courier shipment are calculated during the order process and depend on the quantity ordered, the size of items and the selected shipping method.

Extended service product

An extended service product must be purchased and activated online within 12 months of your ASUS product purchase date. It expires if not activated it within the specified period, and you will not be able to enjoy its benefits. We recommend that you activate extended service products immediately after purchase.
The availability of extended service varies by specific ASUS hardware product. For full details, please go to the Extended Service section of the ASUS Shop site.
An extended service product (provided as activation code and login information) is delivered to you only via E-Mail after your order has been accepted and full payment has been received. This information can also be retrieved through Order History via the My Account section of the ASUS Shop site.
Extended service products are delivered in an electronic format after we receive full payment. Therefore, there is no shipping charge and you will not receive a physical product.
After ASUS Shop receives your full payment, you will get the activation code and password through the following:
  1. Sent to your E-Mail account.
  2. If you paid by credit card, the activation code and password will be shown on the order confirmation page. You can click the Activate Now button to start the activation process.
  3. The Extended Service Key of the My Account section.

Coupons

To redeem coupons, simply enter your coupon code during the checkout process. You will see your order summary reflecting the price reduction conferred by the coupon. After successfully placing your order, you will receive an E-Mail order confirmation.
All coupons are only valid within a certain time period. Information about the expiration date specific to your coupon can be found in the E-Mail or physical mail received together with the coupon.
Coupons may be rejected for several reasons.
  • Your coupon has expired.
  • Your coupon requires a minimum purchase which has not been met.
  • You have entered the coupon code incorrectly. Please re-check the code and re-enter it.
  • You are trying to apply a discount to a product not included in the coupon offer, such as products combined with others in a bundle, or refurbished products that may not allow coupon discounts.
  • Your coupon is limited to a set quantity of purchases and the limit has already been met. For example, it may be limited to the first 100 units sold.
  • Your product is not available for coupon discounts as designated by coupon details.
The use of coupons may be restricted to certain types of products, order sizes, and/or time periods based on criteria established by ASUS Shop. By placing an order using coupons, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
  • Coupons valid for ASUS Shop purchases only.
  • For personal usage only and must not be used for business transactions.
  • Must be redeemed at the time of order.
  • Valid only between the start and end dates as posted on the coupon or in advertising.
  • Limited to one coupon per customer. One coupon per checkout.
  • Not transferable.
  • May or may not be valid with other discounts, bundles, promotions, or discount purchase programs.
  • May require a minimum purchase as designated in individual coupon details.
  • May or may not be valid for refurbished products.
  • May or may not be limited to a set quantity of purchases, such as the first 100 units of a product on sale.
  • Not redeemable for cash.
  • May be valid only in association with a specific payment method.
  • Not valid retroactively for previously purchased products.
  • Subject to program and pricing changes without notice.
In case you do return a product the redeemed coupon will be considered used and will not be refunded / credited.

Managing your account

An ASUS Shop account is where you can update your account settings, view your orders, manage contact preferences, and find access codes/login information for purchased extended service products.

To create an ASUS Shop account you will need to register as an ASUS member. Registration can be done either through ASUS Shop directly (right hand corner sign-in button) or on the ASUS member site at https://vip.asus.com/login.aspx.
To change your account settings log into your ASUS Shop account using your login information. Choose My account from the top of the page to bring up your account preferences.

Addresses
Here you will find a list of billing and shipping addresses created during previous orders. You can edit, add and remove addresses here.
